@ZoeQuinnzel Ooo thanks for the tip! I definitely will have to bleach my hair since it's so dark... so I'll bleach it and then slowly dye it
@omglazerkittens to be honest with "unnatural" colors like that it's always best to bleach first because it raises the "scales" on each hair
