    99% of the mechanics now work for act 1 of Duckstroma, some of the enemies need tweaking and I need to make better sound effects.

    Saying that I may use ZX/MSX method, as an invisble sprite doesn't impact game speed.

    Added bubble spawning, needs some tweaking. Works differently to ZX/MSX version which had invisible entity spawn a bubble. Amiga uses invisible entity that switches to a bubble, when popped it resets position and switches back to invisible.
