Wow such a coincidence you post this. I was talking on my stream yesterday how much people love 2v2 tournaments and that it'd be nice to have a 4v4 tournament anytime soon even though it is kinda hard to organize. I thought about you :D

For 4v4 we teamed up with the then admins of ESL. It was not that difficult, they made an explanation sheet on how to create a team.
Then it was played swiss style, so we could go with whatever amount of teams.
doable anytime if willing!
