Note : big supporter of both American / ANZ scenes here You rightfully banned him from your events. He accepted the ban. Was it implied he could not play competitively anywhere else ? I'm kind at a loss here. You are mad at him for removing his apologies from reddit ?
For the first time in forever (beside WCG), there is finally a competition organized for ANZ players. We can understand that he wants to play it, while respecting his Dust ban league. (...)

Beside ESL cups usually have stream delay don't they ? Each time you dont enforce a 1mn stream delay on casters, you have players tempted to use that to their advantage and you cannot really control who is watching (...) Not everybody is honorable when given that opportunity
