Let's see: Person A makes a transphobic comment. Duro doesnt react. Person B calls out person A for their transphobic comment. Duro forces person B to choose between not calling them out anymore or be fired - still doesn't react to transphobic comment of person A not too bizarre
There are exactly 2 reasons for his misbehaviour, not more, not less: Either he supports transphobia and hence censored me in talking down ag3nt; OR he values his reader/viewer/league numbers higher than his morals, making him just as bad. Either way, he's a spineless rat
