Thank you for your honesty on SM. It's quite rare, especially on this issue. Until now, everybody sounded glad to be laid off and grateful. 
People are afraid, I don’t blame them. Being outspoken on social media can lead to them not finding employment elsewhere.
I rather would stop work in a Field where that kind of behavior is "normal" then working myself into the grave.
