    In similar fashion, each claims to acknowledge a hardship and/or mistake, but still expects those bearing the brunt of it already to accept a problem they are not responsible for with no talk of support from the university. ~Shocker~

    Once again, & are showing how little they care. The “apology” that was sent out for scheduling next semester’s start on Rosh Hashanah is laughable and does about as much for those students as the ice cream party for those who worked during COVID (nothing).

    I remain proud of the ULC. none of our demands included free ice cream "while supplies last." workers told admin straight up what was needed to keep us safe and give us dignity. we said it, even though they refused to listen.

    We are the University Labor Council, a coalition of unions representing workers throughout UW–Madison! Please read our emergency response to Smart Restart. SOLIDARITY!

    I am proud of how our employees responded when faced with the COVID-19 pandemic. To thank our faculty, staff and graduate student employees and celebrate a full campus reopening this fall, we have organized three campus events. More details here:

    After a year of subjecting staff, faculty & grad students to the struggles of teaching during COVID with little to no support from you or your office despite the many pleas, you expect everything to be okay because you're providing them with the adult equivalent of a pizza party?

    I am proud of how our employees responded when faced with the COVID-19 pandemic. To thank our faculty, staff and graduate student employees and celebrate a full campus reopening this fall, we have organized three campus events. More details here:

    Make sure to tag them, comment on it, like it, etc. Middle school is such a difficult time for queer youth, help us remind them that there is nothing wrong with being who you are.

    UPDATE: Goal met! This is what community looks like! If you'd like to continue donating to our WI Mutual Aid Fund that will be used for assistance in the future, donate to our venmo and title it "WI Mutual Aid Fund".
