@CityOfNOLA has #COVID circulating at very high rates. @NOLAPSchools is allowing up to 30 students in classrooms which does not allow for #distancing. It is not clear which schools have adequate ventilation systems.
With no #contacttracing in @CityOfNOLA and no concrete reporting of contact tracing in #schools how can @nolasupt say with confidence #COVID is not spreading in our schools esp. with the #newvariants which transmit more easily and are more deadly?
