UTNO is only paying attention to one aspect of the CDC indicators and thresholds to push a “don’t return to school” narrative. Percent positive and change in percent of new cases per 100k are also important. Follow the science, but follow it ALL.

There are 3 core indicators on the CDC chart. They are number of new cases per 100,000 persons in the last 14 days, percentage of RT-PCR tests that are positive in the last 14 days and the ability to implement 5 key mitigation strategies.
