1. Every teacher, school employee, and student must have the option to teach or learn from home until they feel safe enough to return to the school building.

2. Classrooms must be designed to provide 6 feet of space on all sides between each person, rather than permitting up to 25 people per static group.

4. The infrastructure for free, reliable, rapid COVID-19 testing and contact tracing must be in place on every school campus prior to any students returning for in-person instruction.

5. All schools must submit their reopening plans to NOLA Public Schools, which must make all the plans publicly available on the district website.

6. NOLA Public Schools must create a dashboard which displays, in real time, all COVID-19 confirmed cases, which schools have had confirmed cases, the number of people who were exposed, and the action that the school is taking to contain the spread.
