Im confused here, i thought that was the munimum requirement to get full forgiveness but that uou could still use 75%, i guess it does not matter since you have 24 weeks to spend pp

The EZ form doesn't look correct. The way it reads the max forgiveness could end up being only 60% of payroll (if, for example, there are only payroll expenses). Look at lines 7and 8.

I saw it that way too! But maybe you divide by .60 and not multiply by .60 for line 7 and that makes the difference.

If you are referring to EIDL, you should submit supporting docs (previous tax returns) to the fax #, email or mailing address in your decline letter - with a copy of decline letter and a note of explanation from you.
