We started this organization to initiate a meaningful effort to push for reform of the H-1B visa program to protect American workers. We're fighting everyday to ensure protections for our fellow citizens. If you would like to help us, you can do so here:

  3. The unemployment rate does NOT consider people who have DROPPED out of the labor force. It doesn’t even tell us the whole story about those who are working, many millions of whom are working part-time when what they want & need is a full-time job.

H1Bs are mostly a scam for cheaper labor. It needs to be reformed with American workers put first. You literally have corporations running classifieds seeking H1Bs and other foreign workers exclusively. This should be illegal

  5. Mike Lee is an even bigger disaster than Mitt Romney. This is a Senator who has made several attempts to pass a major immigration bill (S386) through a fast track UC voting procedure with absolutely NO hearings. Do NOT be fooled by his false allegiance here.

  6. On March 1st, the US government will collude with corporations to outsource over 100,000 jobs to foreign workers. Corporations need not prove that they tried hiring American workers first before seeking H-1Bs. So much for that “Buy American, Hire American” executive order.

Border conversations are meaningless if the President isn’t doing anything to REDUCE legal immigration, or targeting corporations that are displacing American workers via the H-1B visa program. In fact, he has boasted that he wants to INCREASE legal immigration.

Here are the top ten corporations that are “contracting” H-1B visa workers from Indian Consultancy Companies (ICCs). A legally exploited loophole that allows these corporations to lay-off American workers, & outsource the whole workforce to these ICCs who bring workers on H-1Bs.

Attention Don't forget American tech workers. You campaigned with them in 2016. You promised to stand with them. Will they get a mention in your State of the Union address tonight?

57,259 H-1B visa workers were approved by DOL to work at the firm. Thousands of university grads & tech workers are qualified & would love these jobs. Keep giving jobs away & students won't study the necessary fields; H-1B creates a shortage.

The prize for giving those huge tax breaks was supposed to be new jobs for Californians. Instead, Tesla paid foreign guestworkers $5/hr for jobs and mistreated them. Media's not holding these companies to account. Amazon is a mass and employer.

The level of intellectual dishonesty is spreading here is amazing, & yet scary. This is the same level of political chicanery former President used to suggest “labor shortages” so as to advocate for MORE work visas.

You can see why Sen. Mike Lee is adamant about getting bill S.386 passed. His loyalties are to Big Tech. He wants to flood with cheap H-1B labor from India.

If Senate bill S.386 were to pass, none of these immigrant sports players would ever see the light of day of receiving green cards. All employment green cards would solely be distributed to H-1B workers from India working in IT/Big Tech who have displaced Americans.

Claiming US job growth in information technology has not been adversely affected by offshoring is false. The US would have much larger IT employment with better pay and working conditions were it not for offshoring. Look at Cognizant, Tata, Accenture, IBM, headcounts in India

Because of the impeachment trial currently going on, Senate staffers are occupied with matters pertaining to the impeachment. The last thing they want are annoying calls regarding bill S.386 from folks who are foreign nationals & also not constituents.
