New: @GovRonDeSantis says schools districts can delay the school year 'for a few weeks.' Left unanswered after in his six minute speech: Where is the plan for if an outbreak emerges in a school? What's the back-up plan for staff shortages? For isolating those COVID-exposed? etc.
