The USPS is trash! I refuse to use any online retailer that uses them. I like my stuff to actually arrive.

I dont know who needs to hear this but you guys lost my package a week ago and said i cant get a refund because im not insured or the package isn't, since when did i need insurance on a package that YOU guys lost (post office 11692 ny) i want my money back asap.

I want you to know how important the USPS is to my small rural town. I order lots of items online and the vast majority of them are delivered by USPS. This American will never abandon the USPS, thank you for everything!

In my last 4 years at my current home, maybe 3 packages came UPS/FedEx. 100+ come USPS at the final delivery.
