    When Sarah Sun (b. 02/03/1912) changed her name from I-Chen Sun, it was notated on the front of the petition, but also confirmed by court decree, as signed off on by the Raleigh district court deputy clerk. It provides needed evidence of a name change that may be otherwise lost.
