    Shawn Hartford and Jeffry Robtoy, who were both wanted out of New Hampshire, were arrested by Somersworth Police Department and the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force. Hartford was wanted for bail violations and Robtoy was wanted for escaping from his supervised release.
