…’boundaries’? Smells HR-y to me There’s plenty of self-managed conflict resolution possibilities that don’t engage that.

Communicating healthy personal and professional boundaries can go a long way in preventing and resolving interpersonal conflict especially in a co-op -- you're welcome to attend, take what is useful for you, contribute some ideas and leave any that don't suit your workplace :~)
