    Today marks TWO YEARS has been behind bars in . He was tried in a secret court and convicted to 16 years though we saw no evidence. As he spends another holiday in a Russian prison, we continue to call on Russian authorities to let Paul go home.

    Ambassador Sullivan thanks for its offer of a vaccine, however would not want to take a SputnikV dose meant for a Russian citizen. We're grateful that two US vaccines are now approved, and already helping people fight COVID-19 across the EU, UK, Latin America, and US.

    Tomorrow, December 28, American citizen will have spent 500 days in prison in Russia. 500 days away from his family, 500 days deprived of freedom after being convicted of a crime he clearly did not commit. : Stop this farce, and send Trevor home.

    Members of the U.S. Mission in Russia made Christmas cards for and - because when we are overseas, we are all family.  Merry Christmas to their mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers back home. May you be reunited soon.

    US Ambassador Sullivan told me there have been contacts ‘at senior levels’ with the Russian govt to ‘get Paul released’, calling that ‘the highest priority’ Not giving up, but ‘we haven’t been able to come to terms that would be reasonable for any US administration to agree to.’

    ., we already responded, repeatedly. 5 times we offered, incl. in writing, to meet to finalize the freeze/extension deal to which Putin agreed. rejected all mtgs. All we need to do is define what we are freezing, the cap level & start verification talks
