@overtimeLaw@USDOL I think the Drive-a-Check was key because otherwise it would be hard to prove the retaliatory act. Way to go OSHA! -
@EmpLawJack@USDOL I agree. We don't often see OSHA flexing it's muscle on retaliation cases.
