    IMPORTANT PSA: Stop giving corporations good PR for suspending political donations. Corporations gave $170M to lawmakers who rejected election results. Give them credit when they permanently end all political donations.

    In the future, may we remember that corporations can choose to stop interfering in our democracy at any time.

    Goldman Sachs is expected to join other Wall Street banks in taking a pause on corporate political giving to either party. It's hardly tenable for any of the giant banks to give to just one political party. So the bans, while temporary, are sweeping.
