        That's an astonishingly fast settlement. I think they realize they have a massive problem because the DA & PD tried to frame her up as a druglord after they killed her. Pretty sizable also.         As a taxpayer I would rather pay a nuisance settlement for a fired racist officer than a multi million dollar settlement to a wrongful death claimant/survivor jury verdict. Id also rather pay for training before that happens. I guess I'm weird like that. @USCX1954 @HenryPerea
