@USCPSC What can be done about a recall from @Get3Squares that happened OVER a year ago? I sent in my product and have yet to receive anything in return!

@Get3Squares to even respond. Sounds like I have a lot more waiting to do -
Yeah! I was in contact with them prior to mailing in my unit, and since I mailed it in, I have heard NOTHING! That was literally 14 months ago.
