This apple watch got my skin ITCHING. Is there nickel in the back face at all? Usually wiping it off with hand sanitizer does the trick but that only works for a few days

I find the hand sanitizer thing really interesting though and I would probably check with your doctor because there might be some sort of bacterial growth on your watch which could be a problem

It seems like this might be a somewhat widespread problem and they are not clearly communicating that the product contains nickel which is really concerning and there doesn't appear to be anything on the
