What I'm thinking of doing is turning on my gas for a while, then igniting the stove so it sets fire to the air which will make my house warmer

I have a small propane space heater that claims to be safe for use indoors. Is that true? Are there really gas heaters that are safe indoors?

This should be pretty obvious, but I guess some people don't realize that you're not supposed to do that...

I saw a comment earlier from someone saying they resorted to making a fire with their patio furniture because they don’t have logs. Terrified of this desperation hurting even more people. Thank you for sending and I’ll boost it out to family and friends.

If you are lucky enough to have a grill, use it to heat dry rocks (wet rocks might explode) on the fire. Wrap them in towels and put them under blankets.
