Assuming that's a hot vat of oil... why did you use a garden hose to put out the fire? Wouldn't an ABC extinguisher have been a better choice (and keep the fire from jumping around so much?)
Yes. A lot of times people keep a garden hose nearby to put out any fires. The team was demonstrating why that’s a bad idea
