        A bird named Handsome ron with a pink hat with a pumpkin on it. The text reads: Wear a protective mask of at least two layers of breathable fabric - not a costume mask. Protective masks should never be worn under a costume mask because it can become hard to breathe. Avoid baggy or oversized costumes to prevent trips and falls. Bring flashlights, glowsticks, and trim costumes with reflective tape.
