Why? I can understand the rider thing, but if you’re capable of going to speed limit why can’t you drive on paved roads?

Depending on state ATVs are not legally allowed to drive on any paved public roadway, and could result in fines. A partial list might be found here, but I am unsure how up to date it may be.https://atvman.com/streets/
