That reminds me: If single-payer/M4A comes to pass, perhaps a risk-assessment/management payout system should be used for how much the program covers for people's medical care. E.g. if a parent allows their kid to skateboard or bike without a helmet, coverage is discounted. 1/3

2/3 It's all about "FREEDOM" in America. If someone's free to make bad choices, like smoking, not using a seatbelt, swimming with sharks, etc., the $$$ needed to patch them back together should be discounted. Why have OPM in single-payer/M4A pay for bad choices? cont'd...
