Looks like the voucher's value decreases with how long you've had the product, so probably no great loss...

Thank you for finally doing the right thing. These and other inclined sleepers are hazards to infants and cause needless injuries and deaths.

Honest question: who do the sleepers cause injury or death, if it clearly states that the deaths result in the product not being used correctly? Do injuries and death still occur when said product is used as intended?

@GovCanHealth will Canada be following suit on these? They are sold in Canada as "soothing seats" instead of "sleepers" -
[1/5] The Fisher Price Rock ‘N Play Sleeper does not comply with the Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations. In 2011, Health Canada worked with Fisher Price regarding non-compliances with these regulations, at which time the product was voluntarily removed from sale.
