      @AmazonUK @AmazonHelp Hi - There has an EXTREMELY SERIOUS Payment Issue with Amazon. I ordered 7-8 items from your website (all at once, and checked out at the same time). For payment method, I selected my UK card. However, for whatever reason, Amazon has charged a different card

      @AmazonHelp @AmazonUK This is disgusting. I've made a selection of a payment card, and that has been used for only 1 item, while all other items were charged from a different card! Now I've had to pay extra for exchange rate of a USD card. The entire issue is preposterous (cont.)

      I've tried contacting you. I was told no manager who could actually do something about it was available at the moment for one hour! I was also told only solution would be return items (items have already been used) @ConsumerReports @USCPSC #Amazon #CustomerExperience #FRAUDALERT

      How can a company deduct money from a different card when you explicitly choose which card they should deduct! Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. This is a form of theft! @ConsumerReports @USCPSC #Amazon #CustomerExperience #FRAUDALERT

          @FTC Please have a look at this. @AmazonUK has deducted money from a card that is different from the card that I had selected for payment while checking out and making the purchase. And the only solution that has been proposed is to return the items (which are now used).
