    A Air Station San Francisco FOB Mugu rescue crew medevaced a 56 YO man from San Nicholas Island 70 miles off the coast of California. Patient was transferred to and was reported in stable condition. GJ Navy and the Coast Guard members on the quick response!

    An update on the Conception Dive Boat tragedy from the US Attorney in Los Angeles. The boat caught fire and sank near Santa Cruz Island on Labor Day, 2019, killing 34 people.

    Forward Operating Base Mugu helicopter crew and USCG Station Channel Islands Harbor boat crew rescued 41-year-old woman from water IVO Smuggler’s Cove. The CG boat crew transported the woman to shore and transfered her to awaiting EMS with no reported injuries.

    Yesterday the medevaced a 23y/o woman from . A USCG helo crew training in the area was contacted at 3 p.m. requesting assistance for a woman with an ankle injury. After completing the hoist the woman was taken to Scripps La Jolla while in stable condition.
