You’re proving my point. That gesture means something specific to a specific groups of people for specific reasons. It doesn’t symbolize white power to Beyonce, but if you were from the Third Ward in Houston where she’s from, you would probably know what that means to them.

I whole heartedly support all of our military including the USCG, but this action is totally out of line. This service member could be giving an OK sign, possibly to someone he cars about to let them know he is safe. If this
