    Deeply saddened by Madeleine Albright's passing. She had a great influence on the careers of a whole generation of diplomats, including my own. I was deputized to speak on 's behalf, but her own words about freedom, democracy & diplomacy will remain timeless.

    Good news for 🇺🇸-🇬🇧 trade as U.S. removes Section 232 tariffs on British steel. An important step in strengthening our trading relationship with our vital UK partners, while working together to address unfair practices by countries like China.

    Hugely grateful to the NHS for offering lifesaving treatment to Ukrainian children & for the 🇬🇧 partnership w/ Children’s Research Hospital in 🇺🇸 who helped make this flight possible. Another example of the solidarity & compassion shared by our countries for the ppl of 🇺🇦

    I can confirm that 21 very ill Ukrainian children with cancer have landed safely in UK this evening. will now ensure they get life-saving care in safety. Hugely grateful to everyone involved in helping get these children and their families here.
