  During the last 19 years, US soldiers were told by thei American side to turn a blind eye on Bacha Bazi by Afghans within the ANA/ANP ranks. These Afghans were made commanders of ANA/ANP units. In other words, US further empowered Bachi Bazi and those who committed it. Hypocrite.
