Nice thing to do but the man is already dead and couldn't walk on this earth freely on his own.Couldn't have a life of his own!!! No nothing but prison!! A pardon is not going to bring this man back to life.Feel for his family that had to suffer years of hate

Amid Trump's racially motivated attacks on the Black players in the NFL, this shambolic gesture is just sickening.

Finely @POTUS has done something that I can applaud. Of course, he is just trying to 'look' less racist.

Trump's decision are literally dictated by opportunistic marketing and PR. That's where his thinking begins and ends.

He probably wanted to send a message to those who may want him to pardon them down the road if they don't incriminate him.

"I am taking this very righteous step, I believe, to correct a wrong that happened in hour history," Trump said. The bell is cracked, for « very righteous » are words which ring out of key and tone.

While this is a good gesture the significance is questionable since Mr Johnson is beyond the absurdity called US law. Note that Obama refused to grant such. It must be noted that Mr Johnson was hounded and convicted on contrived charges as is done to African American males today
