I do not know of any military personnel who gets upset about those who kneel during the Anthem. Maybe some of you all should get angry at those who kill in the name of God than get mad at this

I don’t know a military person who is NOT upset by those that don’t stand.
-
Well we do not know each other, but it does not bother me one bit.
-
It wouldn’t because your black and you sympathize with the false narrative that cops target color and not crime
-
Get out of here! Smh

I will gladly sign a 5 year 40 million dollar contract with a 10 million dollar signing bonus for any NFL team willing to enslave me by forcing me to stand

Ha! I see what you did there, using the word "enslave" as click bait to trigger me. Bad journalism! Bad bad journalism!

Yes, because having to choose between standing for the anthem and staying in the locker room as a condition of earning millions of dollars to help get a football across a goal line is remotely akin to being considered property with no civil rights. Stop.
-
What should happen to the fan that talks and drink beer during the anthem?
-
...the fan who isn't subject to an employment contract stipulating he gets paid millions to run a ball and abide by certain codes of conduct? He should be glared at for being a disrespectful turd bucket and loudly shushed by someone's 90-year-old WWII vet grandpa.
-
I am soldier and this does not bother me at all. Plus, they never had any stipulations until now which is ridiculous.
-
That's your prerogative to be unoffended. The reality is that the NFL is a business, and players are employees. Codes of conduct change all the time, especially when situations arise that affect the employer's bottom line. Thank for your service, by the way.
-
The NFL should have established that years ago. Thank you for the conversation.
-
This eas never an issue years ago. Players appreciated being paid millions for playing a meaningless game. Now they seem to feel entitled to the monwy and to disrespect the country that allows this nonsense. BTW: it has been that way in the NBA for years.
-
How are they disrespecting the country? Maybe you should ask why they did it in the first place. Entitled to the money? Those men have sacrificed a lot to entertain to you.

Who in their right mind believes that this policy is ‘enslaving’ anyone - regardless of ethnicity. Honor the flag and this nation that has given you the right to play a game and make millions!
