Boycott the NFL if they persicute players for wanting peace and taking a knee . Taking a knee is a sign of respect , stop taking a knee when a player gets hurt if it isn't

Why do the owners think it is up to them to decide or control how an individual wants to exercise their rights?

As I am a veteran, I gave the NFL up about 4 years ago and do not miss it! I would rather watch a good classic rock concert!

What has @AlanDersh said about this? I want to know if he has totally lost his mind and will defend Trump as being right on this issue.

They’re peaceful protests. Leave the players alone.

Goodell and owners need to take a stand, (no pun intended) stand or be suspended, it’s that simple. #BoycottNFL

You handle it with contract language and use the current NFL games at rules. Really quite easy - they don’t want to adhere to contract and rules - they don’t need to play and get paid.

If the players want supporters at the game they need to stand & honor the military, American flag, National Anthem & USA! They can support their causes by giving money to them.

As long as these so called protests continue, the nfl will keep losing fans and in turn massive amounts if money. It will be funny when a player makes $100,000 instead of $5,000,000.

Let them. Otherwise, do away with the anthem altogether. Ritualistic displays of nationalism have no place in sports.

@USATODAY well, if we just rewrite the national anthem to include: “Please sit, stand or kneel,” then you wouldn’t have a problem. What do you think?

It’s easy just let the players do whatever they want. Let the employees run the business.
