        contact the court system in Sioux Falls and voice your opinion. The judge wouldn’t even let the victims mothers speak on it?!? He refused to hear her objections. He can receive his diploma like all criminals -in jail. Why would he get to walk it when his victim can’t 605-367-5900

        He's not being permanently released is he? After the ceremony he goes back. Not nearly as bad as judges setting bail so low for illegals they skip the country after killing people in DUI accidents.
