Thoughts and prayers, standard American response. You guys have a really twisted view of God. He's your go to person to make you feel better. Personally I think being a good person and fighting to save lives is more important

God isn’t helping those who have control make good decisions to help keep children safe. Empty prayers w no action is useless. We don’t need to pray together we need to stop the NRA and enact laws to keep schools safe.

I’m so glad my parents didn’t have to pray for my safety every morning as I went off to school as if I were preparing to sail off alone into dangerous seas. I’m so sorry that kids have this added stress. Childhood and adolescence are hard enough times.
