Right on. But why not compare Mauna Loa w St. Helens? Scientists know mauna Loa has a growing bulge on its south face, above the Kilauea crater. Are media/USGS trying to keep us Volcano residents complacent, up until the time a more significant/life threatening eruption occurs?
