This doesn't mean Dads are less appreciated or celebrated, it just means people are less likely to buy a card for Dad. Dad would rather have a 6 pack, or a power tool, or something like that anyway. This is just Hallmark marketing trying to sell more cards on Fathers day.

Dad doesn’t want a card, he just wants to go fishing, hunting, or be outside. Let’s be real!

This reads as snark towards fathers. Almost like you don't actually feel they deserve equal treatment...

That means that on Father’s Day, people are spending time with them but on Mother’s Day they’re rushing to buy a gift for a holiday they forgot. Why do you like this stat?

Mother’s Day has to do with mass & going to a mother church. I thought America was being anti-Christian. So it’s not ok to say merry Christmas in December but it’s ok to celebrate a day where you visit a cathedral instead of your local church. Your stupidity. It’s overwhelming.
-
You have an unusual take on Mother's Day. It is not about church here. It is about one's mother.. and about family
-
Well I’m sorry, you’re incorrect. In a Protestant/catholic country, such as yours, Mother’s Day is about visiting the church you were baptized in. People would often pick flowers to give to their mother church and this became people giving gifts to their mom on Mother’s Day.

Kid just learned about atheism in high school and going wild. Steady now, young blood
