Something similar just happened to me! I came across these puppies on a hike 3 weeks ago. I brought them home as a surprise for my kids and then the call of the Wild came... Now my son is missing a leg and I had to shoot both Wolves.pic.twitter.com/LEKscQtpqs

Not happy the Family got hurt but I hope these precious animals will be cared for as no one was at fault.

Actually it looks like they may be somewhat at fault here. "...investigators now believe that the young bobcats were actually found...in a rural area southwest of San Antonio by a relative.... This person believed the animals were Bengal kittens, a highly prized domestic breed."
