"Nazi Grandma" has never spent time in prison despite several previous convictions for denying the Holocaust — until now.https://usat.ly/2IqlMeu

Free speech isn't the freedom to lie when those lies instigate hate or racism. The American president is the only one allowed to do that🙄🙄🙄

Hmmm how many of those we got in the States? There you call it free speech. In Germany they lock you up for 2 year's. Just think about it .

Germany learned the lesson. we allowed rabble rousing, white supremacist and anti-semites to grow in the 1920s. NEVER EVER AGAIN. AT ANY PRICE! sedition has nothing to do with free speech.

A great law, but mostly unenforceable. How can you put a billion Muslims in jail?

in germany you have the right to choose your religion. so nothing wrong with muslims. but it is a crime to deny holocaust, to do the hitler salute, wear the swastika in public etc. so your comment is pointless

Yes, but my point is that the majority of Muslims do not believe the holocaust took placs, and therefore such a law is widely unenforceable. Perhaps German Muslims believe differently than most about this topic, not sure.

LOL! This is hilarious! If she committed a crime and was convicted, why did they arrest her and send her to jail? Why did they say, "go home and report to prison later"? And what kind of crime is denying the holocaust for an old lady? Old people say all kinds of weird stuff.

No mercy for someone who is elderly and giving a bad opinion? Yikes. All you did was save her family the cost of caring for her by passing it off to the taxpayers.
