        One is a PARTIAL right. Guns are required to be regulated by the 2nd. Otherwise, it's not a 'well regulated militia'. It is NOT a universal right. The only right it gives you is the right to keep and bear arms. It doesn't specify what arms, and it doesn't say ... (1/2)

        The argument is that they're not regulated enough. For a lot of States, I agree. But gun reform won't matter until it's fully federalized, and stronger.

        10500 people dies last year from drink and driving. Many of the drivers are repeat offenders. Roughly 64000 died of drug overdose, but we have people wanting to deregulate drugs. But the dui deaths are in a excusable.
