During a tense hearing, U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III rebuked Mueller's team and questioned whether Mueller was overstepping his prosecutorial power to look into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.https://usat.ly/2HSDd45

Grandstanding. Aren't judges supposed to be neutral? All the players in this drama, same countries, same felonies....does Judge Ellis condone their behaviour?Coincidence that these people know one another, and all roads lead to the oval office? Try a new judge, new State.

Sounds like he is attempting to try another case not yet presented. His job is to focus on matters upon which he is sitting

What's with this Judge? The mandate of a Special Counsel always includes the specific transactions listed but also includes any other crimes that come to light in the course of the investigation though they may be outside the parameters of the listed transactions.

Mueller is doing everything possible to make Trump look bad. He hasn’t found one shred of wrongdoing evidence in over a year. Continued digging into Trumps personal life in an effort to find something to run with is a sham. Shut this Witch Hunt down.

I think the judge is not going along with your narrative. So now he needs to step down because he’s disagree. You pathetic

Did the judge dismiss the case or just condemn Mueller? The legal question is, did Manafort break the law?🧐The judge should be recused by the senior judge for displaying bias before a case is presented. #PartialJudge
