If there is evidence that Michael Cohen intended to influence the election by preventing voters from learning of Trump’s alleged affair, then the $130,000 payment is an illegal contribution.https://usat.ly/2rjy9OR

        1) Let's talk about influencing an election, shall we. Hillary's campaign held a private party with 65 journalists from, CNN, CBS, NYT, NBC, MSNBC & others. Emails referred to the event as "framing the race”.

        2) "Nice doing business with you." "Veto what you want." "Propagate without fingerprints." Some snippets from the many emails back and forth between journalists & the Hillary campaign.

        5) Nearly every major newspaper endorsed Hillary. She had a sitting POTUS, Vice President & the First Lady campaign for her. Hollywood backed her & talk shows adored her. That's what I call attempting to influence an election.

Unless that payment came from campaign funds this is a nothing burger. The loony left and MSM don't care though. They will get all excited thinking they got him now and the MSM will drag this along for at least a few weeks til it dies down again.

Are you freaking serious? Influence the election by hiding something that didn't happen 12 years before the election. And you all wonder why we call you fake news. Pathetic.

Sick and tired hearing about Stormy Daniels, who cares anyway how many past presidents had mistresses and indiscretions. No one made a big deal about them just because it’s Trump we have to keep hearing about this. She is just out for more money.

It would be just better for everyone if POTUS would just come out and say that he was a jerk and cheated on his wife, and paid off the mistress for hush money, but that he's trying to put it behind him now and move on and get sh** done as our President, and focus on economy.

Do you assume she is truthful? Which time? When she said there wasn't an affair or when she said there was one? 🤔

Lots of reasons people try to get a rich person's cash. I don't know the details nor do you. I do know she has 2 conflicting stories. Which one is true?

I would like to know how the apparent shakedown took place? Did Stormy threaten Trump or did her lawyer threaten Cohen and isn't there a law against extortion?

Yes there is and DT is being a wuss for not going after them with the full force of the Law. If he did nothing wrong then why be afraid? The extortion is in black and white in writing. His lawyer does not seem smart. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extortion

I wonder if her lawyer approached Cohen and he did on own after all hoopla with Michelle Fields being pushed? And then rotten NBC using another form of extortion by the tapes. I contacted FEC and they said as long as NBC was not doing as a political wing, they could do nothing.
