        HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED: Trump had Cohen pay Stormy $130,000, but then - as Cohen previously stated - never paid him back. Trump then realized, thanks to Mueller, that such payment constitutes campaign fraud. So Giuliani is telling a new lie to help Trump avoid impeachment.
