Laws must be inacted so any racist, who uses the services of police to do their bigoted deeds, must pay fines every time the police are called re situations such as Starbucks. Once it's determined to be a racially motivated call, the caller must face a hefty fine, and/or jail.

Because I live in the real world and these incidences won't stop unless something changes people's behavior. Between my young adult children, other family members, friends, and myself, the past year alone, 8 incidences. Donating $200,000 isn't going to stop this BS behavior!
