You can be pro gun all you want but keep it out of our schools! I think the school is right on this one. To be honest I would NEVER let my son out of the house to go to school wearing a pro gun shirt. Stand up for what you believe but there's a time and a place, school's not it!

So what about students who wear anti 2A clothing? Should they have to keep their thoughts out of the school?

I live in Nevada we, as parents, sign a paper every year about dress code. This lawsuit is bullshit.

If the school has a dress code you have to abide by it whether you like it or not

So he violates the dress code and disrupt a learning institution. #FollowTheRules Be pro 2nd Amendment and do it on your own time. Don't use it as a way to make a name for yourself and get suspended. That's not heroic. That's jr high stupid.

So, if a student wore a Anti-Gun t-shirt, the student will get suspended as well?

So if the rules in the handbook state no child should wear any clothing that violates. School policy that disrupts learning, then NO you should not. That includes hats, T shirts, inflammatory remarks, advertisements, short skirts, etc.

Not a fan of this rule or zero tolerance rule. What constitutes " Disruptive to Learning?"

Then that’s your choice. Anything that causes disruption to a classroom, promotes provokes discord, division, and unfair practice.
