If true, both father and son should be charged. Stupid. Gun owners should be mandated to carry $1 million+ in liability insurance, payment for victims of stupidity. @NRA way to go! Making 'Merica great Agin!! #EnoughIsEnough #Insurance for gun owners #mandate #VoteThemOut2018

The father of the shooter here is almost as responsible for these murders as his son. Parents who give weapons to their children must be held responsible. How many murders each year are caused by the negligence of irresponsible parents?

Daddy is looking at an accessory to murder charge, and I think this time the NRA won’t be able to say a damn thing. Even the NRA, the most pernicious purveyors of death merchandise on earth, have to see that this kind of enforcement is necessary.

They killed people an when the police stop an the have the gun in their hand the police do not shoot them. But only shot people of color for the same thing. So why not do the same to the white people. It goes to show this justice is not for our people

Ok, I see the problem, but you seem to be advocating that the white people should be shot, rather than advocating that people of color should not be shot. Justice is not mowing down white people to balance out the stats.

Now you know if it was someone of color they would be killed right on the spot. I am not saying kill white people.but go out killing people for no reason an you have the gun in your hands you are a threat to the police if the see you with a gun.

Yes, I get the part about the police's irrational fear of black people and tendency to shoot first. I am just concerned about some people's ideas of equality meaning to raise all people up vs. other people's ideas that justice means we reverse the oppression.

Whoever it was, father or not, who gave or sold the weapon to the shooter, should be charged as an accessory to murder if it can be proven that person knew the shooter’s rights had been revoked, no matter who “owned” them.

You are making my argument. “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. “ To be a well regulated militia the people, the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Read tweet again. You said the militia today is not well regulated. The key is that to have a well regulated you SHALL not infringe on gun ownership. Since we already have infringed we don’t have well regulated. Let me draw you pictures. Geez.
